Q: How much time does personal training take each week?

A: The answer often surprises people. The typical client will train two or three times per week for approximately an hour during each appointment – that really is all the time it takes, even for the serious athlete. For optimum results, most clients will also need to do about 25 minutes of cardiovascular exercise three times (or more) per week.
